Code of Excellence
Local Union 126 has adopted the I.B.E.W. Code of Excellence in its commitment to delivering total customer satisfaction by putting in place additional standards that foster the highest quality and quantity of work.

The Code of Excellence sets high performance benchmarks for both labor and management that implement a system of premiere work practices, allowing us to provide total and complete customer satisfaction.

With the Code of Excellence, the union electrical industry produces projects that
are built on time, built under budget, and built right – the first time, every time!

Our Commitment to Our Contractors
The Code of Excellence addresses the responsibilities of Local 126 and its members so that
we can best serve our contractors – by bringing out the best in our electricians so that our
partner contractors can satisfy their customers’ needs.
